Church and Garden of Gethsemane

Gethsemane means "oil press".  That would make sense considering all the olive trees that are in this garden.  The trees are OLD.  I love trees and these were so gorgeous.  Their trunks were the thickest of any olive tree I have ever seen.  They were strong looking and I wish they could have talked.  They were there when Jesus was there.  If only they could talk!  The garden was a very peaceful place, no wonder Jesus prayed here.  There were many people soaking in the sight of these amazing trees and enjoying the shade provided!
