Crown of thorns 7-8-13

When Jesus was crucified he had a crown of thorns.  The bush that the crown came from bears Jesus' name now, Christ bush.  These bushes grow in the wild all over Israel.  Our guide stopped today so we could get a close up picture of the thorns.
