A science experiment and a show

Anyone for eggs? We had ostrich eggs for lunch. As you can see, Nicholas is STANDING on two eggs and his whole weight will not break the eggs. The chef had to use a hammer to open them. I had no idea their shells were so durable. They are smooth to the touch and are as hard a rock. Our science experiment for the day! The staff also made an ice sculpture in the shape of an ostrich egg. They have an ice sculpture everyday at the pool deck buffett lunch that goes along with the day's theme of cuisine! Very impressive.

One egg can feed our whole family!

Pictures from the 70's and 80's show. These are three of the featured singers in the cast. They are all tremendous singers and have become good friends with Kathleen and Nicholas. As you can tell, Don, was Elton John doing Crocidile Rock in one picture. It is amazing they have so many costume changes in their performances. The shows last a little over an hour and they have all been great.

Joe is doing his best Billy Joel!

Here we are after the show and ready for bed. A big day in Richard's Bay in the morning!
